Referral Program Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Referral Program”)

Invite a friend to join Nebius Technologies Ltd. (”Y-Data”) program available via link https://YData.co.il/ (hereinafter referred to as “Program”) as a student and you both will get a referral reward:

  • Gift-card with the nominal 500 NIS for each new student that you invite to Y-Data course (the “Reward”);
  • A 5% discount for enrollment to the Program for your referred friends (the “Discount”).

Who is eligible?​

To be eligible for the Reward you are expected to meet the following requirements:

  • to be a student/graduate of an Y-DATA program (https://ydata.co.il) or an Nebius Group employee and:
  • to be a current/former employee/mentor/lecturer of an Y-DATA program.
  • the Referee must not have been previously enrolled in any paid programs provided by Y-Data and must be referred for the first time. Referral discounts may not be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.

Please note that the enrollment in any free trial courses or any free content by Y-Data is not sufficient to claim a Reward or Discount under this Referral program.

To be eligible for the Discount your referred friend is expected to meet the following requirements:

How to claim your Reward​

To get the Reward the following conditions shall be met:

  • your referred friend had paid for the enrollment to the Program (upfront or the installments);
  • your referred friend had successfully completed at least 1 months of the paid Program course following the date of his or her enrollment;
  • you transferred a promo code for a 5% discount for any course available at https://YData.co.il/ to your friend.

Please note that the Reward will be issued to you within 2 months upon your referred friend’s successful completion of the first month of the paid program by Y-Data.

To get the Discount, your referred friend must:

  • complete successfully at least 1 month of the Program course following the date of his or her enrollment;
  • register in the Program using the promo code provided by you or by mentioning the referred individual who is eligible for the program during the application.

Example

Noa successfully graduated from Y-Data one month ago. She recommends Y-Data program to David, and David decides to enroll. Noa gives David a promo code for a 5*% discount that David enters when registers. After David successfully completes the first month* of the paid program, Noa will receive a BUYME card with the nominal 500NIS.

Warranties​

  • Any abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of this Policy may result in the disqualification of the Referrer and the Referees from participating in the program. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout.
  • You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the Referees.
  • You must not publish the Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities.
  • You must only use the Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes.
  • By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself in duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company
  • You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website.

Duration and terms​

  • The Referral program and its rules can be changed at any time or terminated by Y-Data on its sole discretion. Information about such changes will be posted on this page and at https://ydata.co.il/ and will take effect immediately after publishing.
  • You hereby consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of receiving the Reward and feedback. You also guarantee and acknowledge that your referred friend has agreed to the terms of Referral Program and desires to participate in the Referral Program.
  • For the avoidance of any doubt, the Referral Program is deemed to be an integral part of Nebius Technologies Ltd.’s Terms of Use and shall be governed and construed exclusively by the laws of Israel without regard to conflict of law principles.
